Frequently, the main Java applet may either seem to just "give up" midway through loading, or the interface may appear with the images incompletely loaded. We've found that repeatedly clearing the disk cache (Options -> Network Preferences) and reloading the page (or sometimes restarting Netscape) seems to help (really it does work!)
** Macintosh Users
Make sure Virtual Memory is OFF (in the Memory control panel).
When Virtual Memory is on, QuickTime movies may not be synchronized and may halt while playing.
